When you leave a comment on our site, we collect the information you submit in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string. This information helps us detect and prevent spam, ensuring our platform remains a credible space for industry conversation.

Media & uploaded images
If you upload images to our website — for example, as part of a nomination submission or profile — please ensure those images do not contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Any location data embedded in images you upload may be accessible to other visitors who download those images from the site. When in doubt, strip location metadata before uploading.
